This smart platform allows the 'offer to purchase' to be made at site(online) with review and acceptance (also online) by the Developer. If accepted the file then progresses to Minter Ellison for the conveyancing and settlement actions. To help disseminate key information a Department of the NT Government has controlled access to view into reports.
