    Link process, precedents and people into one manageable workspace. This means you can efficiently deal with other parties and progress contracts. And it allows you to monitor risk points with greater certainty and save considerable time in document generation.

    When implemented, Contrac™ gives a line-of-sight right through the organisation in relation to contract initiation end execution: it enables responsible officers to view any contact type (lease, franchise distribution etc.) and to address related commitments, compliance and critical dates.

      Multi-site instruction via intelligent web form. Ability to select various contract types for any part of the organisation and to submit instructions for new contracts (based on business rules) to in-house counsel or legal advisors. Assets can be associated with any contract and each contract can be designated to a specific node in the organisation hierarchy (e.g. State/Division/Business Unit).

      Secure access to all key documents anytime. Documents can be generated quickly from approved precedent templates; licensed users can also up-load external files (Word/Excel/PDF) into the file summary page for any contract.

      SSL encrypted data; segregated records. Unique log-on with role based security 'permissions' for every user. The system employs a SQL 2008 database.

      Easy review of trends and risk points with the capacity to manage performance. Included in the system is a monthly KPI Report with key indicators published for approved users.

    This platform allows them to review and manage the contract generation process. Counsel will be able to view any file and also access a menu of reports to monitor activity and can initiate workflows (e.g. contract audit) to address risk.

    Risk Managers

    Ability to view management reports which may highlight areas of concern and/or risk needs and therefore need improvement. The web portal is structured to allow upload of key content on the organisation's procurement policies and protocols for staff to view.

    Contrac™ is web-delivered, efficient and integrated 24/7 platform to help monitor and respond to all contract generation across regions and/or multiple sites. It links your managers, as well as external agents, in one collaborative workspace.

    The platform can be configured to accommodate any organisation hierarchy and geographical reach.

    All data is held in a secure location and can be easily monitored by approved users at any time. The platform can be implemented externally hosted (SaaS) or, with a higher level of investment, implemented on-site (Local).

    It can be extended to include specific modules for certain types of contracts, such as Maintenance for property type contracts.

    Contrac Delivery Process

Multi-site and remote instruction is facilitated via intelligent web form. You can select various contract types (for any part of the organisation) and submit instructions for new contracts, based on business rules, to in-house counsel or legal advisors.

Assets can be associated with any contract and each contract can be designated to a specific node in the organisation hierarchy (e.g. State/Division/Business Unit).

Your portfolio of assets and contracts can be quickly accessed with 'group by' and 'sort by' options. And each record has its own file summary page showing all the key information.

Next key dates display in the portfolio index and any delay issues are also noted.

You can manage each file in the portfolio using a sequential workflow. The time-line management interface gives the ability to set and delegate tasks and track actual completion dates.

You can easily generate key documents for approved precedents templates embedded into the system. All data fields and workflow actions are kept in the one database so you have a complete view at any time.

Each site location and region is displayed on maps with summary data profile and related indicators. This gives you a quick view of events in your operational territory.

The last 5 files for each site or region display in a list and with a click you can navigate directly through to the specific file record.

Various email alerts, flags, escalations and task delegations are available - as may be required by your organisation.

There are also alerts when risk tolerance levels are hit (e.g. sites withmore than 33% injury ratio).

There are also alerts for critical dates (e.g. all contracts expiring in the next 30 days).

Systems, incidents, documents and reports are linked in one manageable workspace. Regardless of the geography, internal and external parties can quickly collaborate and process events.

You also have secure access to all key documents anytime.

The report menu is extensive. Approved users can access data-rich real time reports with filters from within the web portal. The reports can be viewed on line by your management team.

Each report can also be formatted for export (PDF, Excel, Word, Tiff). This means you can quickly save and email to a colleagues for discussion.
